In Trentino it is currently the most widespread black grape variety, a Bordeaux variety that has found its space on the foothills of this region.
It can generate both soft and light wines, and it has an excellent structure that is suitable for aging.
The wine has a ruby red color, a characteristic fruity aroma with a slight herbaceous note, a dry taste, full with a slightly tannic bitter aftertaste, and releases hints of vanilla and wood.
