Enantio or Lambrusco a Foglia Frastagliata autochthonous of Vallagarina, it is genetically different from all other Italian Lambrusco. Once it was the undisputed vine of the lower Vallagarina valley, now it has been largely replaced by other varieties. Because of their unicity in the area most suited the viticulturers are trying to safeguard some vineries.
The result is a ruby ​​red wine, dry, fresh and rather tannic, with good body.
