A regional traditional ancient vine cultivated throughout the region.
The grape is suitable for both rosé (kretzer) and red (dunkel) vinification, creating to two different products: the first fresher and more immediate, the other more robust and structured.
Cerasuolo combined with the kretzer type; from intense ruby to garnet in the dunkel. Fresh and elegant, with a slight hint of almond for the rosé; more austere and full-bodied for the red.
The smell is delicate, with pleasant nuances of fruit, vanilla and violet.
